Given that there are thousands of combinations of different devices (desktops, laptops, pads and phones), different brands (Apple, Samsung, HP, etc) various operating systems, various programs, different browsers (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc), and different internet capacities, of which an issue with any one of those, can create a connection issue, Udemy's platform is quite the advancement in technology. Most people are able to view the class without any issues whatsoever. This advancement in technology now allows anyone anywhere in the world to take the VTB Wellness class at work or in the comfort of a cafe or their own home.
If you can't connect or get any type of error message it is likely due to an internal problem with your browser or device. To resolve this it should be easy by employing one or all of the recommendations noted below:
1. Try a different browser. Internet Explorer is usually the most troublesome and Chrome the least.
