Cinema Clock Reviews - 9/10 stars - Highest Score 10 - Lowest Score 7
Well, you need to watch it to understand why I rated 10. Forget your favorite Hollywood movies as what good do they do to you? If you want to simply live a better life just watch this movie. There will be the best use of $10 you have ever spent in your life, no matter what. You will want to buy the DVD anyway.

When, where and who might start the "Voyage to Betterment Group Cooking Lessons"? Hopefully
they could be booked for small parties of friends/families wanting practical experience with changing the way we cook/eat.

I saw this movie back on November with friends ranging in age from 24 - 55! We were all intrigued, educated and even a bit inspired after watching it. The characters involved are identifiable, yet
they have different persepectives and preferences. The information it provides is interesting with some science and common sense to back up its claims. It was entertaining and relative to people who think about the being truly happy in life! I will be seeing it again with more friends cause they are tired of
hearing us talk about it! Wish it was played in more places - know people all over who would love it!

If you have ever wondered about the "power of your mind" and its ability to heal your entire being, this documentary will open your eyes and give you the courage to believe in yourself and perhaps other modalities of healing. We heal ourselves from the inside out, if you already do this, then this movie will
affirm what you already know to be true and help you continue on a path of greatness. The balance of conventional medicine with alternative medicine is gaining momentum and if you are a person that is afraid to believe in such things, let this movie of real persons guide you to possibility of a life of
'betterment". Congrats Windsorite: Andrew Facca, a creative and realistic way to open people's minds to the powers that lie within us and the small, tiny steps/changes we can take that will impact our lives to help us get to where we want to be. A creative portrait of the power of the way media influences us and
how we can transform ourselves if we just listen to our inner voices. Wonderful, realistic and inspiring! Thank you for your timely effort.

I think that it's important to go and see this movie without any pre-conceived thoughts, opinions, or comments that perhaps may have been made by another viewer. The film itself is brilliant, the content however, it what you receive from it. There is a different message in this film from each person who sees it. Where you are at in your life right at this moment will have an affect on how you view the content.
You need to see this movie! For whatever reason or just out of simple curiosity, you owe it to yourself to take the time and watch this wonderful documentary objectively.

This documentary is not only informative but also very entertaining and very powerful to watch. It is like a mix between the films Food Matters and The Secret. It focuses on the important connection between mind, body and spirit for your health, an idea that is gaining more scientific support in the Westeven though Eastern cultures have been using these principles for thousands of years in healing. Whatever level your knowledge of this aspect of health is, it really plants the seed to explore this connection in more detail. Everyone should see this movie!

There is a shift of consciousness coming and, 'The Voyage to Betterment' will definitely be one movie to lead the charge. Andrew carries a powerful message and, in this movie, he teaches with great diction and great love. The audience is sure to learn that the happier and healthier life they aspire towards, is well within their reach. We see that the characters are ordinary people, no different from you or I, and their transformation is simply triggered by an open mind. I invite you to see this movie and challenge you to join the millions of people on the voyage to betterment.

It was a very informative movie about how to better your life through body, mind and spirit. It is not
enough to just diet and exercise. If you really want to feel good and be happy and healthy, you must change your attitude to one of love, eating well, exercise and enjoying what your life has to offer.
